Afterward, we stopped at Sonic for drinks and then I found a wad of cash that was hidden in my first aid kit. Always a nice surprise. What an awesome day!

Only in Austin
I took a break with friends yesterday and went to Eeyore's Birthday Party. It actually has nothing to do with his birthday, but it's a hippy fest in the middle of Austin's Pease Park. We had fun people-watching and enjoying a warm Austin spring day. For a minute I felt like I was back in Berkeley amongst people who just wanted to have fun and celebrate life.
